Pink Elephant is one of the world's leading IT Service Management consulting organizations and educators. The PinkVerifyT certification program assesses IT Service Management (ITSM) software based on ITIL best practice. infraEnterprise Version 7.0.3 is now certified across six service support and service delivery processes, namely Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, Release and Service Level Management.
