ZEACOM purchases customer support system from Delta Software

Zeacom New Zealand has implemented the Infra customer support software package from local distributors Delta Software, with the first phase completed in less than two weeks.

Managing Director David Gandar in announcing the sale says "We are pleased to have secured the business for one of New Zealand's fastest growing software companies. Zeacom are expanding support capability driven by current and future growth in global markets, and their evaluation focused on the ability of Infra to provide centralised support locally and remotely using the web as a key interface.

"For Delta Software, with a track record in client-server support automation, this is a positive step and we see continuing opportunity with NZ companies that are expanding offshore and need a web-centric customer support system."

Zeacom Customer Services Manager, Quentin Christie, confirms the importance of providing customer support as their business expands. "Our objective is to build the customer service operation based in New Zealand, and deliver support to customers worldwide.

"We evaluated the available tools carefully and are confident that the Infra product with the local support provided by Delta Software is the right platform to support the company's growth in operations.

"We set a demanding timetable for implementation and are very pleased to see the first phase completed in under two weeks from beginning installation to going live. Of particular importance is the web platform which enables our remote support staff to deliver customer service while working with a centralised system. The next phase will focus on workflow for automating change processes and customer requests."
