EMC Infra, a leading supplier and developer of 100% web-based IT service management solutions, today announced that their latest product offering, Infra Version 8, has achieved the highest level of PinkVerify™ for ITIL compatibility.
The PinkVerify™ certification program assesses IT service management (ITSM) software based on ITIL best practice. Infra Version 8 has been certified at an enhanced level for Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, Release, Service Level and Availability Management.
