Group Sales Training Manager

In this role, you will be accountable for setting up, implementing and delivering a continuously improving global training resource to Infra’s sales force to drive increased revenues. Geographically, this role will cover Australia, Europe and North America and we anticipate you will undertake four to five global trips per year along with regular visits to our Canberra and Melbourne offices. With this in mind, you will need to thrive on an international jet-set lifestyle and possess exemplary planning and organization skills.

It is likely you will have a strong training background from within the IT sector with demonstrable results in raising sales team performance through high quality training, coaching and mentoring programs. Whilst being supported with the relevant training to bring you up to speed on Infra’s product and industry best practices, such as ITIL v3, you will be responsible for compiling effective training and product materials to enable our sales team to present Infra’s solutions in a way that gets results.

Whilst regional managers will have direct responsibility for recruitment, you will be involved in the assessment of new hires during the induction ‘bootcamp’ which you will establish. An energetic, dynamic and motivational approach with excellent influencing skills at all levels will be required to bring the success to this role that Infra demands.

QA / Test Analyst

In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of Infra’s enterprise technology and knowledge of how the products are utilised in this competitive market. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grasp and understand new technology concepts and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude.

You must have good attention to detail, good problem solving skills, enjoy working both individually and in a team environment, and be able to meet deadlines. You must be an outgoing individual and have exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet targets. In addition, you must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Writing and executing test plans and test scenarios
  • Performing functional, regression and performance testing
  • Identifying and logging issues raised by testing
  • Managing the resolution of issues raised by testing
  • Close liaison with development, consulting, support and product management teams

Business Development Manager

Overview

As Business Development Manager your primary focus will be to find, qualify and convert new business sales of Infra’s leading software solution to government departments and commercial organisations across the region. The role also includes management of existing accounts, selling additional licenses, consulting services and software upgrades.

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of successful IT solution selling within the government sector. The right candidate will be able to understand, demonstrate and present Infra solutions to meet specific business requirements of prospective clients and develop those relationships long term with high levels of integrity and professionalism. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Overview

A fantastic opportunity for an excellent communicator to join a leading edge software house in Send, Surrey location. This is an exciting role for a dynamic self-starter, with plenty of client contact and responsibility.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be the main front-line support person for Infra’s blue chip client base, working closely with 2nd and 3rd line support to ensure issues are resolved. You will be dealing with clients on the phone and via email - your verbal and written communication skills will therefore be second to none.

You must have the ability to prioritise multiple issues and escalate them when relevant, and be able to stay calm under pressure. You must have a willingness to accept responsibility and take ownership of issues, and be able to meet deadlines. You enjoy working both individually and in a team environment, and you must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

You will preferably have some qualifications in an IT related discipline, and have support and client management experience. You must have a track record of providing 1st Line support in a IT environment, preferably for software.
